The food was very good the biggest complaint I have is the lack of help, when we were there the manager was the only person taking orders the other people were late. Other than that everything was very good.

Friendly staff , Good food lunch time is really busy though.

Well I like to think I'm a hotdog fanatic... the bun and wienie I'd rate 4 star. It's the chilli that ruined a good thing. Very watery,barely any meat mostly water and seasoning. It didnt taste like chilli it didnt look like chilli.. and I bought for me and my parents.. we sat down to eat and mom said I remember why I dont go there anymore this chilli is horrible. I said well, I was thinking the same thing. My dad spoke up at the end of the meal and said I was starving. It was good but I agree that chilli wasn't chilli.. so 3 out of 3 people agree. Fries where also soggy and I ordered a coke and got a tea. Also I was handed my food threw the window and the window shut.. not knowing if it was all my order or what. I always hate that. I had to go threw everything to see if I was still waiting on something. Maybe I just caught yall on a bad day. Idk.

Stop by , and bought some chili , and slaw . To make my own slaw dogs at home . To go with these cold Modelo's . I got in the refrigerator . If your from Spartanburg , you know what I'm talking about .

The food is always good. They have some of the best burgers and hotdogs. The prices have went up a lot in the past few years. The staff has always been great.

I love this place. they have good food, but the line is always long. You have to go through the drive throug right now. with the food places being close.

I’ve heard good things about this place and I had just left my son's Dr’s appointment and was starving so decided to run through the drive thru. The woman was very rude and kept asking “is that it”, and asking me to repeat myself. Idk if y’all’s machine outside doesn’t work very well anymore but I was speaking loud and clear and she was being rude and was rushing me. So, my first and last experience was today after being in Spartanburg for 11 years and finally trying it out. I’ve been in the food industry off and on since I was 16, and am now almost 28 and I know what food customer service is and that wasn’t it. I almost drove off completely but like I said, I was starving.

Ain't nothing like their chilli cheese burgers with a good ole Tiger Woods! I love them I havent been inside in awhile but it used to be a diverse atmosphere. I've never been disappointed with service! I highly recommend this place!

Service: 8/10 I got my food pretty fast - in less than 3 minutes, I think - and the cashiers seemed to know what they were doing, but the menu could have been more legible and organized and it just didn't seem as professional as a regular fast food restaurant.Food: 7/10I got a pretty decent hamburger, but I don't recommend the cheese. It's also a bit overpriced.Cleanliness: 9/10

This is the 2nd time in a row that they have gotten my order wrong. Both times I have been ordering for the family and both times someone didn't get their food. The hotdogs are good but I don't think I'll be back

Good hot dog shop with so many other things to offer. It's not gourmet, but it is what you expect from a hot dog shop--great fast food dogs and more from a mom and pop kind of place.

1st time having cheese fries they were very good. The service was very good will come back again

This place is a simple little spot but has the beat fast food. I can't eat enough of their hotdogs all the way topped with coleslaw.

Order was wrong. I had grease rings instead of onion rings. I was supposed to have fries. Onions on the burger tasted old. Hopefully that's not going to be a reason to worship the porcelain throne later. At least my unsweet tea was correct.

I've been going to Boots' & Sonny's for years. I usually get either hot dogs or a chilli cheese burger but they have other items on the menu. I've never been disappointed by anything I've ever ordered here. Even if there's a crowd the wait for your food isn't long. I would recommend it to anyone.

Love this place but the last time I was there I took my food to go, it was around 730 pm. I got home and started to eat shortly after discovering there were egg shells in my onion rings. I called up there and they said they were closed. The gentleman that answered the phone told me to bring it back tomorrow and to keep the food so they can see it. So I told them that I was hungry now so I took it back and he replaced the onions for 3 hotdogs with slaw. Staff have really bad attitudes WARNING and they don’t mind hurting your feelings. Always mess up orders check your food. All that said and done they have some amazing hotdogs. But customer service sucks bad (MadBlackWomen)

Food used to be great but their hot dogs have fallen off through the years. For the price you should get more. Cookout hotdogs are almost better now and that's a shame since I've been eating Boots since I was a kid!!

Delicious food and friendly customer service. The line for drive thru was long yet staff efficiency took order from line in front of restaurant and once at the drive thru window I was delighted that my food was ready.I often purchase the two hot dog and chilli fries combo . The chilli is excellent as well other menu options.

Not realy a hot dog person but decided to try something new. Chli was ok, onion rings were better tho. Will go back and try something new next time

The people work so hard and food so good but all of the people working 2 people covering their face the cashiers. The others working mask around their necks and mouth. If they have to take a break step away but breathing without a covering. The gloves to me are bad. The Doctor does not use the same gloves when the check a patient so why do we think gloves are safe. You touching things and they are contaminated. It’s better to wash hands. What if you dentist use the same gloves he put in somebody else mouth. Gloves needs to be ban for all restaurants

Quick line a bit pricey for drive thru but who's not now a days!!! Other than always nice and accommodating
